If BlockbusterPrint.com has caused error in your production, a free reprint will be sent out to you at no charge. If error is within your designed files (spelling error, design adjustments, etc) and BlockbusterPrint.com has already started production on your item, it cannot be changed, stopped or canceled.
We guarantee to provide you with only the highest quality product and make sure to review your files before and after production to ensure high quality work. BlockbusterPrint.com cannot, and does not, check or correct and files for spelling, grammar, or any other errors. It is the sole responibility of the customer to ensure that all materials submitted for printing are formatted correctly.
