Delays in Production (When, if, and why they occur)

Delays Due to Your File Setup: We print super fast and get orders in same day to start print if you have ordered before the cut-off times. If your artwork has setup issues that prevent it from being printed, we will contact you to warn you of any quality issues prior to print. In most cases, we can fix any issues with the purchasing of proof services that hire our designers to quickly fix any bleed (borderless) or centering issues. If we have to fix your artwork for you or if you have sent artwork you accidentally forgot to setup properly, a delay will indeed occur which is typically 24 hours or 1 extra business day on average.

Delays Due To Our Error or Quality Reprint: We have an industry impressive 98.7% on time turnaround rate for print speeds slower than the 24 hour speed we offer (24 hour print choices will never delay), which is the best in the business. You can rest assure that whatever speed you pick, your order will indeed complete in that time with almost 100% certainty. In the rare instance that a delay happens due to an operational or quality reprint issue on our end which pushes your ship-out date back, we upgrade your shipping for free to achieve what would have been your original delivery date due to a delayed ship-out date, thus preventing a delay all together. So even with a print speed delay, we adjust shipping speeds to accomodate deadlines - we make it right! :)
