Can't reach anyone at Blockbuster Print, even on chat. Waited on chat for an hour, no response during working hrs. Order did not ship when it was suppose to ship. BBB rating is inaccurate. Cheaper is not better if order doesn't ship.

My second order was printed on the wrong paper and the design was real dark.
The order is being replaced and I hope the design doesn't get printed dark again.
