Three types of paper commonly used in direct mail printing are 16pt card stock and 100# aqueous gloss text paper.
16pt card stock is a sturdy and durable material commonly used for postcards which has a 50% thickness of a credit card. Its thickness and weight provide a premium feel and ensure the postcards can withstand handling and mailing.
100# aqueous gloss text paper is lightweight with a semi-glass finish, ideal for most uses, such as spas, restaurants, and is used for 95% of folded brochure and flat jumbo flyer orders.

We print in 24 hours and mail handling is just 3 business days after that. The speed in which USPS will deliver to mailboxes is either 1-3 business days with USPS first class mail or 7-10 business days with USPS priority mail. The choice is yours.
Do you inspect art before print?
Yes, 100% of all orders go through a 5-step inspection that checks for 300dpi resolution, canvas size, panel centering for proper folding, bleed for borderless print, and CMYK color mode for consistent accuracy. No job will ever print if all 5 areas of file inspection are not approved by our design team. With the selection of a designer proof we also help fix any sizing issues you may not be aware of.
